Jack Randall, known as Dude at home, is one of Alex’s rising stars currently competing at 3*, with plans to step up to 4* later this season. He’s sharp, athletic, and has all the ingredients to go the distance.
Typical of a Thoroughbred, he’s got endless engine, loads of heart, and a real work ethic. Cross-country is his favourite phase—he’s bold, fast, and totally game. He’s still strengthening up and gaining experience, but the potential is all there. A proper horse for the future.

We’ve kicked off the 2025 eventing season in style at the Thoresby Park International Eventing Spring Carnival, and what a fantastic few days it’s been! Two of our top horses, COOL JACK and JACK RANDALL, put in impressive performances under the expert guidance of Alex Tordoff, laying down a strong early marker for the year ahead.
